WHAT TO EXPECT FROM STAFF
Top Shelf Server Services; typically include:
- Setup: Dining or service area, table set up, chairs, and settings are arranged according to the event floor plan.
- Food and Beverage Service: Presenting and describing menu items, taking orders, while providing timely and efficient service.
- Bussing and Clearing: Servers are responsible for clearing used dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables during and after the meal, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Table Maintenance: Event servers monitor tables throughout the event, refill water glasses, replacing utensils, and addressing any special requests.
- Special Requests Handling: Provided by client.
- Breakdown and Clean-Up: Break down and disassemble tables, chairs, pack and store event decorations, dispose of trash and waste generated during the event, leaving the venue clean and tidy, load event equipment, decorations, and supplies onto transportation vehicles and unloading them at the designated storage location.
PRICING
- All staff services require a minimum booking of four hours.
- Event pricing varies on days such as; Holidays, Event Location, & Vendor Qualifications.
- Tipping is at the discretion of the client and/or guests.
- Set up/break down depends on event complexity, typically; plan 1 hour per staff member for set-up/breakdown for basic events.
